                                    Thanks for visiting my site! Here’s a little information about me. I am married and have 2 boys ages 6 & 8. I have lived in Big Bear since 1989 and graduated here in 1991. I have been in real estate and have owned my own business Becki’s Notary on the go since 2001. I am active in my kids classrooms and in the community. 

                                    My friends, family and clients have said I have great customer service skills and go over and above what most agents would do. I consider myself very meticulous, trustworthy and reliable.

                                    I make at least 20 contacts a day searching for buyers for your home or property.

                                    Experience
                                    I received my real estate license in 2001 and was a buyers agent for 1 year, a transaction coordinator for 2 years, then took a few years off and bought and sold land on my own, and then purchased my own home in 2008. I came back as an independent agent in 2009. I am currently in the top 20% of productive agents in our Valley.

                                    Technology
                                    I am a member of the Big Bear MLS, East Valley MRMLS, Facebook, Twitter, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and I also utilize the fact that Keller Williams has 30% more website exposure than other companies. I offer the latest in technology with Docusign to make it easy to sign documents throughout the listing and sales process. I also have E-fax so there are no busy signals or empty paper trays. I offer virtual tour through Tour Factory for all my sellers homes. I also have 3 websites.

                                    Expertise
                                    I specialize in Buyer and Listing sales and am always continuing my education to keep on top of the market. I have completed courses in BOLD coaching and MAPS short sale. Recently I have successfully listed and closed several short sales.

                                    Communication
                                    My phone is my friend and I answer it. I have a smart phone, so I can respond to emails and texts quickly. However you wish to be contacted I will accommodate.

                                    Clients for Life
                                    Every client I have had has returned to me in my Real Estate business as well as my Notary business. I don’t advertise in the phone book and they still find me. Great customer service is hard to find and I believe my clients appreciate it.
